~Breakfast Tostadas: Warm wheat and corn tortillas topped with melted cheddar cheese, house made refried beans, sunny side eggs, fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, cotija cheese and finished with lime crema. $12.00
~Yogurt & Mixed Fruit Bowl: Yogurt topped with mixed fruit and crunchy granola drizzled with local VT maple syrup. $7.00
~Curry Avocado Toast: Toasted sourdough wheat bread topped with smashed avocados, two eggs your way and finished with toasted curry oil and chives. $12.00
~Salmon & Arugula Frittata: Layers of fresh Atlantic salmon, arugula, shallots, thyme, goat cheese and spinach, basil, pine nut pesto are topped with an egg and milk custard and baked until set sliced and served with mixed greens and house vinaigrette. $14.00

~Pear Bacon & Blue Tart: Slice of our single butter crust pie filled with thyme and olive oil roasted pears, local Bayley Hazen blue cheese from Jasper Hill Farm and bacon crumbles drizzled with local honey. $8.00
